MANAGEMENT

             Sri Balamurugan Polytechnic started in 2008 is a brainchild of OMMURUGA EDUCATIONAL TRUST, run by well educated, service minded, and socially responsible individuals.  The main objective of the college is the enlistment of rural students by providing need based technical education as well as inculcating human values and moral responsibility.

 LOCATION

                   Sri Balamurugan Polytechnic College is located in Thalayuthu, right in between Palani and Udumalai just off NH209.  It is located in a serene and fertile plain surrounded by Shanmuga River in the east and Amaravathi River in the west.

 VISION

    We envision Sri Balamurugan Polytechnic College to act as a catalyst in developing well-educated, technically skilled individuals with strong moral values whose collective energy will be a driving force for a prosperous life in our communities.  In the words of Mahatma “The outcome of education is that the student becomes and ideal citizen, an ideal patriot and an ornament to his family, his community and his nation”, and this institution strives for that.

It offers a public open door three-year program in technical education, to educate and train students to provide an effective and competent work force to support the booming economy, and in the mean time providing profitable and satisfying employment to the students
